Director of Operations/Purchasing
As the Director Operations/Purchasing, Lou has two decades of experience in Construction Operations.
He oversees all aspects of procurement and operational efficiency. He is also responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships for cost optimization.
At EBA Flooring Lou has streamlined our internal processes, coordinated departments, and manages our budgets to enhance operational performance.
Lezlie Emposimato
Controller
Lezlie brings more than 25 years of experience as a Finance Controller, specializing in Project Accounting.
She overseas EBA’s Accounting Department. Her strategy is anchored in data-driven decision-making to foster profitable growth. Renowned for her successful track record, she excels in implementing automation, forecasting, reporting, analytic functions, and industry best practices to maximize value.

Estimator & Purchasing
David Riley brings over seven years of industry experience to his role as Estimator and Purchaser at EBA Flooring. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, David meticulously estimates projects, reviews blueprints, and calculates necessary materials to ensure seamless execution.
David has become an integral part of the team, leveraging his expertise to coordinate material procurement effectively. His background as an estimator and project coordinator for a commercial flooring company has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in his current role.

Accounting Specialist
Carmela, an experienced Account Receivables Specialist with over 20 years of expertise, serves as a supportive assistant to the controller at EBA.
Her role involves effectively communicating discrepancies to the management team and cultivating strong relationships with clients. She is tasked with creating customer accounts, entering data into the billing system, and ensuring timely and accurate billing, contributing to EBA’s efficiency and profitability.
Reba Lazcano
Hainesport – Office manager
Reba, a dedicated administrative assistant with a passion for organization and efficiency. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving from her experience in the military.
Reba plays a crucial role in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. From managing schedules and appointments to handling important communications. Reba is reliable and trusted member of the team. Bret is a EBA’s dedicated Warehouse Associate, with three decades of experience managing inventory, organizing shipping, and optimizing warehouse operations.
